Radio FAQ's
1.Cannot get a link to office
- First check the data head cable from the radio
- Check the antenna is connected to radio
- Use a test mag mount to rule out faulty antenna
- Change two way radio to rule out faulty set

2.Data system will not auto plot
- Check your GPS antenna is plugged into data head loom
- Make sure your GPS antenna can see the sky
- Use a spare GPS antenna to rule out faulty GPS antenna

3.Radio will not power up
- Check the power lead is plugged into your radio
- Check the fuses on the battery under the bonnet (there should be 2 fuses rated 10A)
- Make sure the power lead is connected the correct way round on your battery
- Red to + positive and Black to - Negative

4.Radio will not work away from office
- Check the antenna is connected to radio, make sure the plug is not loose
- Use a spare mag mount to test if the range improves

Base Station FAQ's
5.Fleet complaining of poor range away from office
- Check the antenna feeder cable is connected to the base station
- Have a look at the base station to see if it looks damaged
